About Our Board of Directors

Our Board of Directors maintains a minimum of 51% patient representation. Because we’re a community health center, we want our patients to have a voice in the future of our organization. We strive to maintain a board that is representative of the communities and populations we serve. Interested in getting involved? You can find information about the role, responsibilities and even the application in the tab below.

Board Duties & Responsibilities
Noble Community Clinics is committed to quality governance. A key to this is assuring effective Board meetings and Board structure and Board members who understand the responsibilities and duties of non-profit trustees. From time to time, staff will provide the information needed to proceed with our operational and strategic plans. For Board members, that means ensuring each member’s full participation, focusing on the most critical strategic issues, and ultimately assuring a well-run, responsive health center that provides high-quality care to our patients. Board members are critical links to the community and are essential volunteers to this non-profit corporation.
