Sliding Fee Scale Discount Program

Our Sliding Fee Scale Discount Program offers discounts on most services at any of our locations, based on your household’s income level and the number of dependents. Even if you have insurance, you may apply for this program to reduce out-of-pocket expenses not covered by your insurance. We recommend contacting your insurance company before your first appointment to confirm if Noble Community Clinics is in-network.
