Chief Executive Officer
Laura Waldvogel is the CEO of Noble Community Clinics, bringing a background in mental health, nonprofit leadership, and community health center management. With a degree in Behavioral Science and Law and a Master’s in Counseling, Laura’s career quickly transitioned to nonprofit leadership, providing her with a broad perspective that she applies at Noble. Since joining as CEO, she has expanded services in underserved areas like Dodge, Adams, and Portage counties, prioritizing access to behavioral health and dental care. Her leadership through the COVID-19 pandemic underscored her commitment to meeting the needs of vulnerable populations.
Laura’s mission is to ensure Noble’s continued success by delivering high-quality, integrated healthcare, supporting staff, and maintaining financial stability. She envisions expanding services and partnering with other health centers to improve statewide care access.
Outside of work, Laura enjoys family time, kayaking, hiking, and knitting blankets for loved ones. Her career advice is to follow one’s passions, as joy fuels success. Inspired by mentors Ken Morrison and Dave Schneider, Laura is dedicated to enhancing patient, staff, and community well-being through her role at Noble.
