Stevens Point Groups

Women’s Only Recovery Group
Mondays or Wednesdays (9am-11am)
Join our supportive 16-week group designed for women (18+) who are ready to strengthen their recovery and build lasting skills for a healthy, balanced life.

Living In Balance
Tuesdays & Thursdays (9am-11am)
Learn how to reduce stress and increase well-being. We will develop strategies to navigate everyday challenges with greater
resilience. While we work towards understanding the connection between emotions and addiction.

OWI
Fridays (9am-10am)
This group provides education on substance use, its effects on the brain and driving, and strategies for making safe, responsible decisions. Participants build coping and relapse prevention skills while strengthening communication, accountability, and peer support through interactive discussion and practice.

Recovery Management
Mondays (3:30pm-5pm)
A 16-week group designed for adults (18+) who are ready to strengthen their recovery and build lasting skills for a healthy,
balanced life.

Beaver Dam Groups

OWI
Mondays (3pm-4pm)
This group provides education on substance use, its effects on the brain and driving, and strategies for making safe, responsible decisions. Participants build coping and relapse prevention skills while strengthening communication, accountability, and peer support through interactive discussion and practice.

Relapse Prevention
Wednesdays (4pm-5pm)
Helps build the skills and insight needed to support long-term recovery from substance use disorders, including identifying triggers, managing cravings, and coping with stress and difficult emotions. Participants also explore topics such as relationships, boundaries, trauma, and relapse prevention while developing a personalized recovery plan and strengthening support systems.

Women’s Only Recovery Group

A 16-week group designed for women (18+) who are ready to strengthen their recovery and build lasting skills for a healthy,
balanced life.

Discovery Group
Fridays (9am-10:30am)
This group provides psychoeducation and experiential practice in relapse prevention and early recovery skills, helping participants build effective coping strategies and healthy routines. It also emphasizes peer interaction, communication, and accountability to support motivation and sustained recovery.
