Growing up as one of fourteen children in a modest household, Dr. Colon experienced dental issues firsthand, which allows her to relate to others on a personal level and empathize with their struggles. She draws on her background to connect with patients and support them throughout their dental journey.

For Dr. Colon, the most rewarding aspect of her work is transforming a patient’s smile and seeing the positive impact it has on their confidence and well-being.

Her advice for maintaining good dental health is to brush twice a day, floss daily, and visit the dental office regularly for exams and cleanings.

Dr. Vendita Correia is a compassionate General Dentist at Noble Community Clinics, where she provides dental care to a diverse patient population, including pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics. With a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree, Dr. Correia has a particular passion for special needs care and pediatric dentistry. She values the opportunity to meet and provide care for a wide range of individuals, making a positive impact on their oral health.

Dr. Correia’s inspiration to pursue a career in dentistry began during her high school and college years when she participated in summer mission trips to West Virginia. Her church provided food, clothing, and healthcare services to people in a rural town. During these trips, she realized the challenges people faced in accessing general healthcare, especially dental care. This experience inspired her to work in a field where she could help break down barriers to healthcare access.

For Dr. Correia, the most rewarding aspect of her work is helping people feel comfortable smiling again and alleviating their fear of visiting the dentist. She takes pride in making dental care more accessible and less intimidating for her patients.

Her advice for maintaining a healthy lifestyle is to think about how you want to feel and be intentional about how you nourish your body.

Dr. Jessica Farrell is a Board-Certified Psychiatrist at Noble Community Clinics, specializing in behavioral health for individuals aged 12 and older. Passionate about serving rural communities, Dr. Farrell manages psychiatric illnesses and substance use disorders, collaborating closely with her team to provide integrative care. Originally from Kentucky, she joined Noble in November 2023, bringing experience from her residency at Virginia Tech Carilion Clinic School of Medicine. Her commitment to expanding care access in underserved areas is fueled by her own rural upbringing and partnership with the National Health Service Corps.

Dr. Farrell finds fulfillment in working with patients to reach their goals and is dedicated to keeping her practice current. She is a member of the Neuroscience Education Institute, American Psychiatric Association, Wisconsin Psychiatric Association, and the Gold Humanism Honor Society.

Outside of work, she enjoys family activities like brunch, zoo visits, and outdoor walks. Dr. Farrell also loves cooking, baking, and reading. Previously active with NAMI in Virginia, she hopes to continue her community involvement in Wisconsin. Her wellness tip: start each day with something you enjoy and jot down your top priorities.

Mollie Kallas is a dedicated substance use disorder counselor and clinical supervisor driven by her lifelong commitment to helping others and her belief that addiction and mental health challenges do not define a person’s future. She is passionate about reducing stigma, supporting individuals through medication-assisted treatment and counseling, and empowering patients to build healthier, more fulfilling lives. Inspired daily by the resilience and hard work of the people she serves, Mollie values the meaningful moments of progress and connection that reinforce her purpose in this field. She loves being a part of Noble Community Clinics, where she helps expand vital services in rural communities. Outside of her professional work, Mollie has volunteered as a firefighter, enjoys painting and baking, cheers on the Wisconsin Badgers, and loves spending time with her cat, Cheddar.

Bryan Frazier is a Behavioral Health provider at Noble Community Clinics, where he specializes in mental health and wellness for individuals aged 10 and older, as well as families and couples. With an Educational Specialist degree and certifications as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC), Bryan brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his practice. 

Having started his career in teaching, Bryan has always been driven by a desire to help others. This passion led him to transition into counseling, where he finds great satisfaction in seeing his patients experience positive changes. For Bryan, the most rewarding part of his work is when patients feel that their efforts in therapy are making a real difference in their lives.   

Bryan values being part of Noble’s close-knit team and is committed to holistic care. He encourages his patients to take the time to notice and address all areas of their lives, including financial, occupational, social, emotional, and spiritual aspects, to achieve overall well-being. 

Raven Niles is a dedicated psychiatric provider at Noble Community Clinics, specializing in medication management for individuals aged 12 and up. As an Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber (APNP) and Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), Raven supports patients facing challenges like depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and substance use recovery. Committed to helping those who might "fall through the cracks" in healthcare, she is inspired by the diverse patients she serves and is excited to expand access to care in central Wisconsin.

With personal experience in mental health challenges, Raven believes in a holistic approach, recognizing that healing involves more than medication alone. Her journey into nursing was driven by her passion for collaborative, whole-person care that empowers patients to take steps toward better health.

Raven values the insights her patients share about healthcare’s gaps and strives to provide a trusting and healing environment. Her wellness advice emphasizes moderation: limit screen time, connect with loved ones, spend time outdoors, eat fruits and veggies, engage in community service, and seek support when needed.

Dr. Samantha Seiler, a Family Physician from Green Bay, WI, joined Noble Community Clinics in 2022. She received her education from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton, Florida, and brings fresh insights and energy to her practice. Dr. Seiler is passionate about family medicine and is inspired by making a difference in someone else’s life and health. Outside of her medical practice, she enjoys playing instruments, going to concerts, reading, camping, and engaging in outdoor activities.

Christopher Hoffman, MA, LPC, is a Mental Health Psychotherapist at Noble Community Clinics providing person-centered therapy to patients age 9 through adults. Using techniques like CBT and DBT, Christopher offers a strength-based approach to a variety of behavioral health concerns for individuals, couples and families.

Kim Fairchild, LPC, is a Behavioral Health provider at Noble Community Clinics, specializing in therapy for anxiety and depression and behavior issues through a wide variety of techniques including CBT and DBT. With over 15 years of professional counseling experience, she works with adults in an individual, couple or family setting. She also provides compassionate care for children ages 5+ using art and play therapy among other strategies.

Veronica Eckstein, CSAC, is a Substance Use Disorder Counselor at Noble Community Clinics, guiding couples and individuals aged 13+ toward recovery. She helps clients manage and overcome challenges by promoting stability, relapse prevention and harm reduction. Veronica focuses on remaining open-minded and meets clients where they are at to achieve their goals. In her free time she enjoys gardening and spending time with my family and animals.

Zachary Khelah, LPC-IT, is a Behavioral Health provider at Noble Community Clinics, specializing in mental health counseling for individuals age 14+. With a wide variety of therapies, including dialectical behavior, cognitive behavior, trauma informed narrative, psychodynamic and existential, Zachary offers compassionate care in a safe, professional and approachable way. In his spare time he enjoys being active, poetry and acting.

Caitlin Baldauff, LPC, SAS, is a Behavioral Health provider at Noble Community Clinics, specializing in mental health and substance use for adults (18+) and teens (14+ in family therapy). Using EMDR, Bowen Theory, and personalized strategies, she helps clients break unhelpful patterns, reduce stress, and foster growth. Believing change is possible at any stage, she guides individuals, couples, and families toward meaningful transformation and connection with others.

Katrina Arnold is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) at Noble Community Clinics in Stevens Point, WI, offering therapy for children (5+), teens, and adults. Specializing in depression, anxiety, ADHD, anger management, and social skills, she adapts her approach—including EMDR and TF-CBT—to each client’s needs.
