Dr. Nicholas Payne is a dedicated General Dentist at Noble Community Clinics, where he provides comprehensive dental care to patients ranging from 2 to 99 years old. Zachary Khelah, LPC-IT, is a Behavioral Health provider at Noble Community Clinics, specializing in mental health counseling for individuals age 14+. With a wide variety of therapies, including dialectical behavior, cognitive behavior, trauma informed narrative, psychodynamic and existential, Zachary offers compassionate care in a safe, professional and approachable way. In his spare time he enjoys being active, poetry and acting.

Caitlin Baldauff, LPC, SAS, is a Behavioral Health provider at Noble Community Clinics, specializing in mental health and substance use for adults (18+) and teens (14+ in family therapy). Using EMDR, Bowen Theory, and personalized strategies, she helps clients break unhelpful patterns, reduce stress, and foster growth.
