Dr. Sherif Attia, DMD, is a dedicated dentist with three years of clinical experience who is passionate about restoring smiles and improving quality of life through compassionate dental care. He completed dental school training in Cairo, Egypt, and continued his education at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in the United States. Since graduating, Dr. Attia has worked in private dental practices across Massachusetts, gaining experience in comprehensive, patient-centered care.

Dr. Attia’s journey into dentistry was deeply influenced by his parents, particularly his father, who always dreamed of seeing him become a dentist. Although his father passed away when Dr. Attia was just 15 years old, fulfilling that dream continues to be a meaningful source of motivation for him. He finds great fulfillment in caring for his patients’ needs and takes pride in seeing the confidence and relief on their faces after restoring their smiles with dentures or crowns, helping them eat and live comfortably again.

A strong advocate for access to care, Dr. Attia is especially motivated by the opportunity to serve underserved individuals and those who may not otherwise be able to afford dental treatment. Outside of the clinic, he enjoys watching and playing soccer, cheering on the Boston Celtics, fishing, and traveling.

Frances Obeng is a skilled General Dentistry provider at Noble Community Clinics, where she cares for kids, adults, and families, including both pediatric and geriatric patients. Holding a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree, Frances has been aware of the disparity between healthcare needs and access to care, especially in underprivileged populations, from an early age. Now, she has the chance to help bridge that gap by working alongside the dedicated staff at Noble Clinics. She values the genuine care her team provides to both patients and fellow staff members, creating a supportive and compassionate environment.

A fun and personal note about Frances is that she pulled out her baby tooth with dental floss at the age of 7, earning a prediction from her dentist aunt that she would excel at extracting teeth. Today, Frances is doing exactly that, fulfilling her aunt’s prediction in her dental practice.

The most rewarding part of Frances's work is the ability to relieve her patients' pain and restore their smiles. She also emphasizes the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle by drinking plenty of water, exercising regularly, and ensuring you get the recommended amount of sleep.

Dr. Nicholas Payne is a dedicated General Dentist at Noble Community Clinics, where he provides comprehensive dental care to patients ranging from 2 to 99 years old. Passionate about restoring diseased dentition, Dr. Payne is committed to helping his patients get back on track with their oral health. He appreciates working alongside a great group of colleagues at Noble, where teamwork and collaboration enhance the quality of care provided.

Christopher Hoffman, MA, LPC, is a Mental Health Psychotherapist at Noble Community Clinics providing person-centered therapy to patients age 9 through adults. Using techniques like CBT and DBT, Christopher offers a strength-based approach to a variety of behavioral health concerns for individuals, couples and families.

Kim Fairchild, LPC, is a Behavioral Health provider at Noble Community Clinics, specializing in therapy for anxiety and depression and behavior issues through a wide variety of techniques including CBT and DBT. With over 15 years of professional counseling experience, she works with adults in an individual, couple or family setting. She also provides compassionate care for children ages 5+ using art and play therapy among other strategies.

Veronica Eckstein, CSAC, is a Substance Use Disorder Counselor at Noble Community Clinics, guiding couples and individuals aged 13+ toward recovery. She helps clients manage and overcome challenges by promoting stability, relapse prevention and harm reduction. Veronica focuses on remaining open-minded and meets clients where they are at to achieve their goals. In her free time she enjoys gardening and spending time with my family and animals.

Zachary Khelah, LPC-IT, is a Behavioral Health provider at Noble Community Clinics, specializing in mental health counseling for individuals age 14+. With a wide variety of therapies, including dialectical behavior, cognitive behavior, trauma informed narrative, psychodynamic and existential, Zachary offers compassionate care in a safe, professional and approachable way. In his spare time he enjoys being active, poetry and acting.

Caitlin Baldauff, LPC, SAS, is a Behavioral Health provider at Noble Community Clinics, specializing in mental health and substance use for adults (18+) and teens (14+ in family therapy). Using EMDR, Bowen Theory, and personalized strategies, she helps clients break unhelpful patterns, reduce stress, and foster growth. Believing change is possible at any stage, she guides individuals, couples, and families toward meaningful transformation and connection with others.

Katrina Arnold is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) at Noble Community Clinics in Stevens Point, WI, offering therapy for children (5+), teens, and adults. Specializing in depression, anxiety, ADHD, anger management, and social skills, she adapts her approach—including EMDR and TF-CBT—to each client’s needs. Known for her warm, non-judgmental style, Katrina empowers individuals to build resilience and achieve personal growth.
