Veronica Eckstein, CSAC, is a Substance Use Disorder Counselor at Noble Community Clinics, guiding couples and individuals aged 13+ toward recovery. She helps clients manage and overcome challenges by promoting stability, relapse prevention and harm reduction. Veronica focuses on remaining open-minded and meets clients where they are at to achieve their goals. In her free time she enjoys gardening and spending time with my family and animals.

Kim Fairchild, LPC, is a Behavioral Health provider at Noble Community Clinics, specializing in therapy for anxiety and depression and behavior issues through a wide variety of techniques including CBT and DBT. With over 15 years of professional counseling experience, she works with adults in an individual, couple or family setting. She also provides compassionate care for children ages 5+ using art and play therapy among other strategies.

Christopher Hoffman, MA, LPC, is a Mental Health Psychotherapist at Noble Community Clinics providing person-centered therapy to patients age 9 through adults. Using techniques like CBT and DBT, Christopher offers a strength-based approach to a variety of behavioral health concerns for individuals, couples and families.

Kristen Houslet is a dedicated Behavioral Health provider at Noble Community Clinics, specializing in therapy for children and adolescents. With an M.S. degree and credentials as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Kristen works with individuals across the lifespan, from birth to elderly, with a particular focus on family therapy and child-adolescent therapy. Her extensive expertise includes trauma treatment, challenging behaviors, Autism treatment, and a range of therapeutic approaches such as ACT, CBT, DBT, EMDR, TF-CBT, CPT, strengths-based therapy, play therapy, Theraplay, psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

Kristen is deeply passionate about working with children and excels in addressing challenging behaviors. She brings a wealth of experience and specialized training in working with children facing various behavioral difficulties. One of her favorite aspects of being part of the Noble team is the opportunity to serve under-served communities through a team-oriented and integrative care model.

Kristen's journey into the therapy world was a natural progression, driven by her mindset of improvement, caring, compassion, and a commitment to meeting people where they are in life. She finds her work incredibly rewarding, particularly when she sees patient improvement, experiences the "light-bulb moments," fosters emotional continuity, and helps patients discover their strengths.

For those seeking to maintain a healthy lifestyle, Kristen emphasizes the importance of surrounding yourself with caring, loving, and compassionate people. She believes that with the right support system, everything else in life will naturally align with your values and efforts.

Colleen Kasten is a committed Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor at Noble Community Clinics, supporting individuals aged 13 and up affected by substance use. Holding a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a CSAC credential, Colleen provides judgment-free counseling for clients from various backgrounds, including those referred through probation, CPS, and self-referrals. Her true passion is helping individuals reconnect with themselves, offering individual and group counseling that honors each person’s journey.

Colleen finds immense pride in witnessing her clients shed past stigmas, grow healthier, and reunite with loved ones. She values the collaborative spirit at Noble, extending from her team to the broader community. Colleen’s dedication to healthcare began early when she helped her disabled neighbor daily before school. Over time, she gained experience in various caregiving roles but found her true calling in substance abuse counseling, which brings her unmatched fulfillment.

For those struggling, Colleen’s advice is simple yet powerful: “HELP” is the strongest word. She encourages embracing your own version of normal and seeking support as a vital step toward healing.

Lindsey Lucero is a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner at Noble Community Clinics. She holds APNP and FNP-BC credentials, serving patients of all ages. Lindsey values working for a mission-based organization and finds fulfillment in collaborating with her patients to achieve common health goals. She was inspired to pursue healthcare after working as a caregiver in her youth. Lindsey emphasizes health promotion and illness prevention through maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Lakyn Lloyd, MA, LPC, NCC, ADHD-CCSP, is a licensed professional counselor with extensive experience in school-based mental health services. Lakyn provides individual counseling for children and adolescents, specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, and ADHD. She uses evidence-based approaches such as CBT and DBT, along with creative interventions like art therapy and play therapy, to help students build coping skills and resilience.

Lakyn’s previous experience includes delivering trauma-informed, person-centered care and supporting individuals with diverse mental health needs in community, clinic, and school settings. She is passionate about promoting mental health awareness and equipping individuals with tools for emotional well-being and academic success.

Philip Robinson is a compassionate Mental Health provider at Noble Community Clinics, where he serves individual adults, couples, and transition-age youth. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Philip focuses on working with the whole person, integrating their strengths and core values to help them navigate life’s challenges. He greatly values the exceptional teamwork at Noble, especially the multidisciplinary setting that fosters creative thinking and collaboration for the benefit of their clients.   

Philip believes strongly in the idea that people are part of the systems that support them—families, communities, and the services they choose—and that by working together, they achieve better outcomes. He finds it a true honor to be part of his clients' journeys, learning from the unique and fascinating ways they face and overcome their challenges. 

Outside of his professional life, Philip stays connected to his community and engages in creative arts, journaling, and various forms of meditative prayer. He also enjoys hunting, fishing, and farming as integral parts of his life. Philip humorously acknowledges that maintaining a healthy diet is "a work in progress."

Justin Schuerman is a dedicated PMHNP specializing in behavioral health. Inspired by a lifelong desire to help others, Justin completed his education at Maryville University in St. Louis, with clinical training throughout Wisconsin, including Green Bay, Sheboygan, and Stevens Point at Aspirus Behavioral Health. Justin has been practicing for two years and previously worked as an inpatient behavioral health nurse.

With a focus on increasing access to behavioral health care, Justin has seen firsthand how barriers to care often lead patients to hospitalization. His approach centers on recognizing each patient's unique story, grounded in mutual respect and trust, to foster a safe and supportive environment.

Outside of work, Justin enjoys staying active through scenic walks, golf, and workouts. Known for his “dad joke” humor, he believes in a balanced lifestyle that nurtures both physical and mental well-being, often through reading, meditation, or spending time with loved ones.

At the clinic, Justin appreciates the warm, collaborative atmosphere and values face-to-face interactions with colleagues. Newly settled in the area, he looks forward to engaging with the local community through outreach and volunteer work, hoping to create a welcoming space where people feel comfortable seeking help.

In his free time, Justin enjoys fantasy football and golf, embracing balance by spending quality time with family and friends, and finding quiet moments for himself.

Zachary Khelah, LPC-IT, is a Behavioral Health provider at Noble Community Clinics, specializing in mental health counseling for individuals age 14+. With a wide variety of therapies, including dialectical behavior, cognitive behavior, trauma informed narrative, psychodynamic and existential, Zachary offers compassionate care in a safe, professional and approachable way. In his spare time he enjoys being active, poetry and acting.

Caitlin Baldauff, LPC, SAS, is a Behavioral Health provider at Noble Community Clinics, specializing in mental health and substance use for adults (18+) and teens (14+ in family therapy). Using EMDR, Bowen Theory, and personalized strategies, she helps clients break unhelpful patterns, reduce stress, and foster growth. Believing change is possible at any stage, she guides individuals, couples, and families toward meaningful transformation and connection with others.

Katrina Arnold is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) at Noble Community Clinics in Stevens Point, WI, offering therapy for children (5+), teens, and adults. Specializing in depression, anxiety, ADHD, anger management, and social skills, she adapts her approach—including EMDR and TF-CBT—to each client’s needs. Known for her warm, non-judgmental style, Katrina empowers individuals to build resilience and achieve personal growth.
