Dr. Joseph Caron, MD, is a seasoned family physician with 26 years of experience caring for patients across a wide range of settings, including both larger cities and rural communities. His career also includes serving as a faculty member at the University of South Dakota Medical School, where he helped educate and mentor future physicians. This diverse background has shaped his comprehensive, patient-centered approach to care.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Caron is married with two grown children and shares his home with a yellow Labrador. He enjoys spending time with family, reading, going for walks, and working out. With a background as a computer systems designer prior to medical school, he also has a strong interest in computers and gaming.

Paige Dorsey is a compassionate and dedicated Family Medicine provider at Noble Community Clinics, where she cares for patients of all ages. With credentials including BSN, RN, APNP, and FNP-C, Paige has chosen to specialize in family medicine because of her love for taking care of people throughout their lifespan, regardless of their needs. She is committed to making each patient feel welcome and comfortable during their visits, ensuring they receive the best care possible.

Paige finds immense joy in listening to her patients share their stories and working together with them to develop a plan that meets them where they are in their own journey. Her passion for healthcare was deeply inspired by her mother, who served as a family nurse practitioner for U.S. Embassy communities overseas. Paige’s commitment to her work is driven by the desire to make her mother proud, following in her footsteps with pride.

The most rewarding aspect of Paige’s work is the privilege of hearing her patients’ concerns and helping them agree on a plan that they are comfortable with. She believes in the healing power of laughter, emphasizing that "everyone smiles in the same language." Paige’s approach to care is both heartfelt and patient-centered, making her a trusted and valued member of the Noble Community Clinics team.

Dr. Bill inherited his love of community from his parents who were active volunteers. He spent two years working in the Peace Corps following graduation and found his calling in healing. Before he was a family doctor practicing medicine, he was actually a physical therapist helping people prevent and recover from injuries. Dr. Bill jumped at the chance to work on the Mobile Health Clinic because it allows him to travel to where people are and invest his medical skills to work with others. In his spare time, you’ll find him tending to his garden, enjoying time with his family, and being active outside.

Dr. Javier Rincon is a dedicated Family Medicine provider at Noble Community Clinics, where he has been serving the community since 2012. With an MD and a focus on providing comprehensive care, Dr. Rincon treats patients of all ages, though he does not offer obstetric care. His passions include preventive medicine, chronic disease management, migrant worker health, and mental health. Dr. Rincon is committed to caring for any patient in need, and his attentive care style has made him a local treasure among his patients.

Inspired by his father, Dr. Rincon finds great value in the lessons he learns from his patients. Beyond his role in patient care, he also serves as a leader within Noble Community Clinics, providing support and guidance to his fellow providers. For Dr. Rincon, care is more than a profession—it’s a calling. He finds special satisfaction in seeing his patients feeling well and enjoying life, such as when he encounters them at the farmer’s market with their families.

Dr. Rincon emphasizes the importance of a healthy lifestyle, advising his patients to eat well, engage in regular physical activities, and maintain good mental health. 

Veronica Eckstein, CSAC, is a Substance Use Disorder Counselor at Noble Community Clinics, guiding couples and individuals aged 13+ toward recovery. She helps clients manage and overcome challenges by promoting stability, relapse prevention and harm reduction. Veronica focuses on remaining open-minded and meets clients where they are at to achieve their goals. In her free time she enjoys gardening and spending time with my family and animals.

Kim Fairchild, LPC, is a Behavioral Health provider at Noble Community Clinics, specializing in therapy for anxiety and depression and behavior issues through a wide variety of techniques including CBT and DBT. With over 15 years of professional counseling experience, she works with adults in an individual, couple or family setting. She also provides compassionate care for children ages 5+ using art and play therapy among other strategies.

Lakyn Lloyd, MA, LPC, NCC, ADHD-CCSP, is a licensed professional counselor with extensive experience in school-based mental health services. Lakyn provides individual counseling for children and adolescents, specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, and ADHD. She uses evidence-based approaches such as CBT and DBT, along with creative interventions like art therapy and play therapy, to help students build coping skills and resilience.

Lakyn’s previous experience includes delivering trauma-informed, person-centered care and supporting individuals with diverse mental health needs in community, clinic, and school settings. She is passionate about promoting mental health awareness and equipping individuals with tools for emotional well-being and academic success.

Dr. Nathan Daily is a skilled General Dentist at Noble Community Clinics, where he provides comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages. Holding a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree, Dr. Daily enjoys performing oral surgery and endodontics. He thrives in the hands-on nature of dentistry and values the relationships he builds with his patients, while working alongside an exceptional dental team at Noble.

Dr. Daily is passionate about helping others improve their health, particularly by restoring smiles and alleviating pain. He believes that improving a patient's dental health also enhances their confidence, which is a significant reason he pursued a career in dentistry. Dr. Daily enjoys diagnosing the root cause of dental issues, addressing them through effective treatment, and helping his patients return to a pain-free life.

In his spare time, Dr. Daily can often be found fishing in local waterways or enjoying a game of ultimate frisbee.

One practical tip Dr. Daily shares with his patients is to avoid rinsing with water immediately after brushing. Allowing the toothpaste to stay on the teeth a bit longer helps it work more effectively, promoting better dental health.

Jordan Dietrich is a skilled General Dentist at Noble Community Clinics, where he provides comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages. Holding a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree, Jordan is passionate about general dentistry and is proud to work alongside a fun and energetic group of colleagues at Noble Clinics.

Jordan was inspired to pursue a career in dentistry to make an immediate impact on his community. He finds the greatest joy in helping his patients become pain-free and free from disease, contributing to their overall well-being.

Jordan advises his patients to attend routine checkup appointments, as this allows for early detection of potential problems, preventing them from growing into larger, more painful issues.

Dr. Larry Rowland is a dedicated General Dentist at Noble Community Clinics, where he has been providing comprehensive dental care since 2016. Holding a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree, Dr. Rowland is committed to improving the oral health of all his patients, regardless of age. His expertise and caring approach have brought countless smiles to the Noble Dental practice.

Dr. Rowland is passionate about helping people and excels at assisting patients who experience dental anxiety. He finds great fulfillment in guiding them through the treatment process and ensuring they leave Noble Dental with a new and positive perspective on dental care. Dr. Rowland values the opportunity to work alongside a team of great assistants, making the dental experience as comfortable as possible for his patients.

Outside of his dental practice, Dr. Rowland is an avid fisherman who enjoys exploring the coves and lakes of Wisconsin on weekends. As a food lover, he understands the importance of healthy teeth in enjoying some of life’s best moments and meals.

Christopher Hoffman, MA, LPC, is a Mental Health Psychotherapist at Noble Community Clinics providing person-centered therapy to patients age 9 through adults. Using techniques like CBT and DBT, Christopher offers a strength-based approach to a variety of behavioral health concerns for individuals, couples and families.

Zachary Khelah, LPC-IT, is a Behavioral Health provider at Noble Community Clinics, specializing in mental health counseling for individuals age 14+. With a wide variety of therapies, including dialectical behavior, cognitive behavior, trauma informed narrative, psychodynamic and existential, Zachary offers compassionate care in a safe, professional and approachable way. In his spare time he enjoys being active, poetry and acting.

Caitlin Baldauff, LPC, SAS, is a Behavioral Health provider at Noble Community Clinics, specializing in mental health and substance use for adults (18+) and teens (14+ in family therapy). Using EMDR, Bowen Theory, and personalized strategies, she helps clients break unhelpful patterns, reduce stress, and foster growth. Believing change is possible at any stage, she guides individuals, couples, and families toward meaningful transformation and connection with others.

Katrina Arnold is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) at Noble Community Clinics in Stevens Point, WI, offering therapy for children (5+), teens, and adults. Specializing in depression, anxiety, ADHD, anger management, and social skills, she adapts her approach—including EMDR and TF-CBT—to each client’s needs.
