Senior Recruiter – Health Provider Recruitment
About the job:
Responsible for the full life cycle of talent acquisition, primarily for Providers (MD, DDS, PsyD), and oversee the ATS and related external advertising tools.
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies. Determine traditional and nontraditional platforms for attracting and recruiting talent.
- Utilize, Develop, and Enhance the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure all job descriptions are updated at the start of the recruitment process.
- Develop and maintain contacts with schools and attends job fairs on behalf of the organization.
- Plan and communicate postings, screenings, interviews, salary determinations, offers of employment, POPES, and day-one orientation.
- Travel to all FHLC locations (Stevens Point, Wautoma, Beaver Dam, Mauston, Friendship) as needed for interviews.
- Work with internal departments and community groups and resources to identify and improve barriers to attracting new talent.
- Develop and manage internships, preceptorships, and job shadowing requests.
- Develop recruitment materials (in conjunction with Marketing Department) such as interview guides and trainings, brochures, displays, and giveaways.
What you’ll need to be successful:
- Minimum of an Associate’s degree required. Bachelor’s Degree in an HR or related field preferred.
- 5-10 years of recruitment experience overall, 3+ years in healthcare recruitment, and at least 2 years recruiting Health Providers such as MD, PsyD, DDS, DO, PharmD.
- Ability to work independently, under pressure, with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and technology skills required.
