Board of Directors
Noble Community Clinics’ Board of Directors are essential members of our leadership team. They each volunteer their time to move the mission forward and connect every member of our community to care. As a community health center, at least 51% of Noble Community Clinics’ board members have to be patients, meaning important decisions are being made by patients themselves to help ensure every patient receives the best care.

We work together. We provide excellent integrated care through teamwork and collaboration with all internal and external stakeholders.
We listen, consider and care. We demonstrate respect for the individual strengths and diverse experiences of our staff and the people we serve.
We encourage curiosity and growth. We strive to continually improve through innovation and the use of best practices in an environment where passion, creativity and inspiration are supported and recognized.
We are accountable. We are responsible, reliable, transparent, and honest in all we do, taking ownership for our actions and growing from our mistakes.
We optimize the present to ensure a strong future. We consistently practice stewardship of all our resources through efficient practices and effective management to ensure sustainability.
Noble Community Clinics is committed to quality governance. A key to this is assuring effective Board meetings and Board structure and Board members who understand the responsibilities and duties of non-profit trustees. From time to time, staff will provide the information needed to proceed with our operational and strategic plans. For Board members, that means ensuring each member’s full participation, focusing on the most critical strategic issues, and ultimately assuring a well-run, responsive health center that provides high-quality care to our patients. Board members are critical links to the community and are essential volunteers to this non-profit corporation.
