Raven Niles

Raven Niles, APNP, PMHNP-BC | Behavioral Health

Raven Niles is a compassionate and dedicated psychiatric provider at Noble Community Clinics, where she specializes in psychiatric medication management. As an Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber (APNP) and a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), Raven is trained to care for individuals across the lifespan, including children aged 12 and up. Her work is driven by a deep passion for supporting those who have experienced substance use disorders or are currently navigating the challenges of recovery.

Raven is particularly committed to assisting those who might otherwise “fall through the cracks” in the healthcare system. Since joining Noble Community Clinics, she has been warmly welcomed by her team in Beaver Dam and across all Noble locations. Raven is inspired by the diversity of patients who seek services at the clinic and is excited to contribute to the clinic’s growth in central Wisconsin, improving both physical and mental health outcomes.

Having faced mental health challenges within her own life and family, Raven understands the transformative power of the right medication, while also recognizing that true healing involves much more than just taking a pill. Her journey to becoming a nurse and later a nurse practitioner was motivated by her belief in holistic care, where the whole person is considered, and a path to better health is collaboratively discovered.

Raven has gained valuable insights from her patients about the shortcomings of the healthcare system, and she takes great pride in offering a better experience that fosters trust and healing. Her wellness philosophy emphasizes moderation, encouraging people to limit screen time, connect with supportive loved ones, enjoy fresh air daily, eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, engage in community service, and seek help when needed.
