Ivan Coziahr brings a wealth of experience to his role as a member of the executive team at Noble Community Clinics, where he oversees key operational functions and supports the organization’s strategic growth. With an MBA focused on Healthcare Administration and Green Belt certification, Ivan is deeply committed to ensuring the health center’s ongoing success.

After working in various states across the country, Ivan and his family returned to the Midwest, drawn by Noble Community Clinics’ vision to expand and build a state-of-the-art health center. This strategic plan, aimed at doubling the organization’s size, aligns perfectly with Ivan’s passions and expertise in executive leadership.

One of Ivan’s proudest accomplishments has been building a dedicated and high-performing team at Noble. His leadership philosophy is centered around stewardship, ensuring that the organization is on a trajectory for continued success, long after his time with the center. He views success as leaving the organization poised to celebrate future milestones, such as 75 years of serving communities across Wisconsin.

Among the key projects, Ivan is excited to implement are the completion of a new clinic in Stevens Point, streamlining workflows, and increasing the organization’s market share in the communities it serves. His leadership style emphasizes empowering his team, trusting them to have a strong understanding of the organization’s needs, and allowing them the freedom to drive the mission forward.

Outside of work, Ivan enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters, camping, and maintaining his family’s property. A former Army member, Ivan has worked with Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) in Illinois, California, and Colorado before returning to Wisconsin. His biggest inspiration comes from his father and uncles, who ran small businesses and taught him valuable lessons about adaptability and being open to change.

For those starting out in healthcare leadership, Ivan’s advice is to learn as much as possible about every department, as decisions in one area inevitably impact others. He is excited about future advancements in healthcare, particularly the potential of AI and real-time remote patient monitoring to lower costs and enhance patient satisfaction.

Looking ahead, Ivan envisions continued growth for Noble Community Clinics, with a focus on the expansion of its Stevens Point location and ongoing efforts to meet community needs through partnerships, patient feedback, and comprehensive needs assessments.
